Welcome to Wetumpka Pre-School and Child
Development Center, LLC. This information represents an overview of
our program and services.
Wetumpka Pre-School and Child Development Center takes pride in our
developmental program. Monthly newsletters, menus and special
notices are posted in the foyer and classrooms for information
regarding program events. A parent board meets quarterly and serves
in an advisory capacity, providing recommendations and suggestions
to improve services and operations. Our staff is dedicated to
providing supportive, trained caregivers who enjoy working with
children. A cooperative, caring attitude between parents and staff
is our constant goal. We encourage close communication at all times
and invite you to visit, question and enjoy our facility and
programs.
PHILOSPHY
Wetumpka Pre-School and Child Development Center provides a rich and
stimulating environment in which children six weeks to twelve years
of age may explore and develop intellectually, socially, emotionally
and physically. Decisions made regarding the facility, program,
staff, discipline, equipment and security is based on the premise
that a quality child development program contributes to the overall
quality of life for all children attending the program and their
families.
The Center is licensed for operation by the State of Alabama
Department of Human Resources. Parents may review a copy of the
Minimum Standards for Daycare and Nighttime Centers at any time. It
is accredited with the National Association for the Education of
Young Children.
